I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious, though a bit noisy due to a bridal party. The service was professional and welcoming, despite a few disappointments. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and activities, and within walking distance of the United Center. The dining options were good, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.
